Hyatt Vacation Club has taken one of the most trusted and respected names in the luxury hospitality industry and turned it into one of the top names in vacation interval ownership. With fifteen Vacation Club Resorts, owners will enjoy high-end accommodations in desirable locations such as Aspen, Key West, Carmel, and Sedona, as well as the flexibility of accessing over 750 Hyatt Hotels and Resorts worldwide.

When buying into the Hyatt Vacation, owners will purchase a deeded real estate interest at a specific resort, called the Home Resort. The unit purchased will be a studio, one, two or three bedroom villa or condominium, with a specific week during a designated season. The units are outfitted to meet the extremely high Hyatt standard, with designer décor, a fully equipped kitchen, master bath with whirlpool spa, large screened televisions with high-end sound system, and a private balcony or patio. Owners may either utilize the week purchased at their home resort, or may convert their week into Hyatt Grand Vacation Club points to visit any of the other Hyatt Vacation Club Resorts. Owners may also use the points to travel to other Hyatt Hotels and Resorts worldwide. Another option is to become a member of the exchange company Interval International, which provides access to exchange to over 1,900 resorts in 75 countries globally.

When exchanging within the Hyatt network, owners will work within their designated seasons, which are determined based on popularity of the week. Seasons are divided into Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. When reserving at their home resort, owners can reserve twelve months out. This time period is known as the Home Resort Preference Period (HRPP), and provides for maximum availability at the home resort purchased. Within a six month window, referred to as the Club Use Period (CUP), owners may reserve at any of the other 750 Hyatt Resorts and Hotels.

Other benefits of ownership include a Member Services team to assist the entire reservation and vacation process as well as a Vacation Concierge responsible for planning activities at or around the resort during their stay. Owners may also take advantage of reduced rate rentals within sixty days of travel for last minute vacations from up to a 40% discount. This reservation period is referred to as the Limited Club Use Period (LCUP)

Owners are responsible for maintenance fees paid either annually or biennially, as well as an annual membership fee. These fees are paid to the Timeshare Homeowner's Association (HOA), and assist in the maintenance and updating that is required to maintain Hyatt's spectacular accommodations.
